We are Port Andratx’s confectionery artists since 2016. People from all over Mallorca travel to visit this showroom of exquisite creations showcased in our designer shop, and we hope you will stop in to see us.

Meet pastry chef and chocolate enthusiast Mara and master chocolate maker and artisan pastry chef Joan.

Mara is known for her gold leaf cakes, hand-painted macarons, violet ganache cake and colourful fruit tarts. In addition to impeccable technique, she avoids adding sugars to almost all her recipes and has gluten-free items for you too. Joan focuses on his hand-cut chocolate bars and truffles, seasonal fruit-filled chocolates and hand-painted chocolate creations. Take home some authentic Mallorquín flavours that preside in Joan’s artisanry - he incorporates local oranges, almond praline, olive oil ganache, and fig or foie mousse beneath a thin layer of chocolate.
